When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.

Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:

  • meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation

  • includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics

  • is appropriate for the full range of school activities

  • is suitable for all body shapes.

The Uniform Shop at Carlingford Public School is proudly run by the CPS P&C Association.

The Uniform Shop sells all compulsory uniform items required for your child as well as optional accessories. We also have a partnership with a high-quality school shoe supplier who specialises in getting the perfect fit.

You can order online 24/7 with the QKR! App, see below for instructions on how to register and place your orders.

Orders placed before 9am Mondays will be delivered directly to the student in class on Tuesday. Pick up of orders for new enrolments are by arrangement. Please get in touch with the Office or Uniform Shop to get started.

Exchange / Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund any new garment purchased at the Carlingford Public School Uniform Shop within 30 days under the following conditions:

New garments must be in their original condition. This means:

  • Tags have not been removed
  • The item has not been washed or otherwise coated or treated
  • The item must be unsoiled
  • House patches have not been ironed on

The original purchase receipt must be provided when a refund is requested and exchange is dependent on size availability. Items must be in re-sellable condition.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We will gladly exchange or refund any new item purchased if the item is found to be faulty at time of purchase.

 

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from this exchange / returns policy:·

  • Socks
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats

Second-hand/pre-owned items: All items sold as second-hand/pre-owned are sold as-is and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on them. Please ensure that you purchase the correct size. If you are unsure whether second hand items will be suitable for you please contact the Uniform Shop via email, prior to purchase.
