Frequently Asked Questions

What do the school grounds look like?

For a virtual tour of our school, please click on the link below. We are very proud of this 3D tour, which was created by our wonderful school leadership team (Ali, Tyler, Zayan, Yannis, Krittiq, Tara, Sabrina and Amy) with the help of Miss Pires.

What do I need for the library?

Your child will have a library lesson weekly where they will have opportunities to build their love of reading. They will be allowed to borrow one book at a time as long as they have their library bag with them. Library bags will be gifted to each child by the P&C early Term 1.

What are Home Readers?

Our Home Reading Program provides a bridge between school and home. Your child will be able to take a ‘home reader’ home or read a book online to practice reading to you. During Covid-19, our students have been exclusively reading an online collection of books. More information about our Home Reading Program will be communicated to you in Term 1.

What does my child need to wear?

Students are expected to wear full school uniform to school (including a school hat, school socks/stockings and black shoes). Summer uniform is worn in Term 1 and Term 4. Winter uniform is worn as it gets colder in Term 2 and 3. Sports uniform can be worn on their sport day and for sports events. For more information about uniforms, please see:

Who do I speak to if I have any concerns about my child?

To receive the most effective and timely response to a query, parents are asked to use the following chart when directing their communication with the school. The flowchart only progresses to the next level if the issue or concern is not satisfactorily resolved.
